about me
Hi my names Steve. I’m 58, 5’ 10” and I weigh 154lb of which 85% is lean tissue (15% body fat). I love running, swimming, riding my bike and, when I can, walking in the hills.
I completed the Milton Keynes Half Marathon in March in just 2 hours. Not a great time, but it was a good day and a great crowd.
I am a Qualified Personal Trainer (registered at Level 3 with the Register of Exercise Professionals No. R0043159) and a level 3 UK:athletics Endurance Coach (licence No.100310.)
I am also qualified in Nutrition and Weight Management and to work with special populations (Seniors, Ante / Post Natal and the Obese)
