fitta.me is a private practice. It provides a full range of health and fitness solutions from dietary analysis and fitness assessment to advanced exercise and training programs. Whether working one to one or in a group setting the solution is personal and tailored to the individual’s needs and aspirations.

Why do you need a personal trainer?

  • You are not sure where to start. You know you need to loose a little weight and would love to be fitter but with so much, conflicting information you don’t want to make a false start. A personal trainer will help you through all the hype and help you decide exactly what is right for you. They will develop a personalised programme covering sensible eating habits and suitable exercises to get you where you want to be.
  • You find it hard to motivate yourself. You already have a busy lifestyle balancing your job and family commitments. How are you going fit an exercise programme in? Everyone faces these problems and a experienced personal trainer will know how to get the best out the time you have available. They will be there encouraging you when it gets tough and praising you when it goes well.
