Not just an exercise class

It’s generally accepted that eating a low fat diet with lost of fruit and vegetable and doing moderately vigorous exercise several times a week has a beneficial effect on our health. However, it’s also important to get plenty of sleep, minimise stress and keep well hydrated. That’s why Kick Start Lifestyle Classes are more than just keep fit classes, they include sessions on lifestyle factors that are vital to your wellbeing:

  • Nutrition – eating a balanced diet
  • Weight management – what to eat and when
  • Managing stress – work / life balance and relaxation
  • FUNctional exercises routines – supporting everyday activity

Take away an exercise of the week to do at home and a healthy recipe.

You will also be able to check you weight, body fat percentage, hydration and waistline.
