I will help you through all the hype and help you decide exactly what is right for you. We’ll develop a personalised programme covering sensible eating habits and suitable exercises to get you where you want to be.

Everyone faces these problems. As a experienced personal trainer I know how to get the best out the time you have available. I’ll be there encouraging you when it gets tough and praising you when it goes well.

You are not a gym rat; you hate the Lycra and the Music and just wish you could exercise at home in the peace and quiet.

Using a wide range of expertise I’ll develop your personal programme with just this sort of thing in mind. The use of free weights, home equipment, spare bedroom and even the local park can be factored in to your fitness equation.

What does it cost?

One to one training

Hands on face to face sessions where we work through a part of your personalised programme together. This includes: stretching, weight lifting technique or even a long run or bike ride together.

£35 per hour

12 week programme

The 12 week programme includes: a full dietary analysis, exercise and training plans and 3 one to one review sessions.

This programme will get you fit and healthy in just 12 weeks!
